Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of April 2, 2020 the project is not yet awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 285 LF 8" Sanitary Sewer Pipe, 10'-20' Deep 500 LF 4" Service Pipe 300 LF 6" Water Main Pipe 500 LF 1" Water Service Pipe 350 LF 15"-18" Storm Sewer Pipe 1,700 SY Subgrade Preparation 700 CY Select Granular Borrow 300 CY Aggregate Base, Class 5 900 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 1,300 SY Bituminous Mixture for Streets 1,200 SF 5" Thick Concrete Sidewalk 6.25 SF Sign Panels, Type C 1.7 AC Restoration (Sod and Seed/Mulch) Together with structures, hydrants, valves, fittings, erosion control, restoration and related appurtenances. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond naming the City of Maple Grove as obligee, certified check payable to the Clerk of the City of Maple Grove or a cash deposit equal to 5 percent of the amount of the Bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the Bidder fails to enter into a Contract. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 30 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The City Council reserved the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
