Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Puvirnituq, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Inuulitsivik Health Center wishes to carry out upgrading work in mechanics and electricity at the hospital in the northern village of Puvirnituq. Briefly, this mandate consists of demolition and construction work for the main execution of the following projects and as described in the plans and specifications: Rehabilitation works of the drinking water supply line of the 'hospital Construction of a new service building housing new drinking water and sanitary tanks serving the hospital. This work also includes decommissioning work on existing tanks and the basement of the hospital's main power line. Renovation and upgrade work on the hospital's heating / steam network. This work also includes the dismantling and / or replacement of certain existing equipment and conduits as well as architectural interventions. The scope of the work to be carried out is described specifically in the documents of this invitation to tender.
