Development of the Place des Spectacles (Lot 1) as well as the development of two sections of the Gérard-Côté promenade (Lot 2 and 3): 1) Development of Place des spectacles (budget: $4,000,000); 2) Lot 1 - Development of the Gerard-Cote promenade from the Notre-Dame church to the Place des Spectacles (budget: $5,000,000); 3) Lot 2 - Development of Promenade Gerard-Cote from Place des Spectacles to Morison Bridge (budget: $9,000,000); TIMELINE: The owner has awarded the engineering professional consulting firm LABO Montérégie for Lot 1 phase II environmental characterization as well as the quality control of materials following the request for proposals 2023-060-TP-AOP. Project design is ongoing. Tender and construction timelines will be finalized at a later date. Further update in late 2023. Note. The firm Bertrand Mathieu Ltée was awarded for preliminary preparation work relating to replacement of wood covering with recycled asphalt in the framework of Gérard-Côté promenade project following invited tender 2023-133-TP-DP.
