The North Langford Secondary School (“Project”) will be a new 2,000 student secondary school serving the fast-growing Westshore communities. The Province of British Columbia announced the new 2,000 seat secondary school on October 1, 2025. The Board of Education of School District No 62 (Sooke) (“School District”) owns the site at 2382 City Gate Boulevard, Langford, B.C. on which the Project will be constructed (the “Project Site”) using a Design-Bid-Build (“DBB”) procurement and delivery model.
