As of May 21 2024, this project has been abandoned. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project consists of overall park renovation and improvement design for Kent Memorial Park. Areas to be improved include ball fields with conversion of primary field from natural to artificial turf, field lighting, dugouts and support infrastructure, existing restroom replacement, storage facilities and parking, tennis court improvements, storm water facilities, general landscape enhancements, and neighborhood connectivity. The selected firm will assess the site for opportunities and constraints, prepare exhibits for project feedback, assist with public outreach and refinement of final conceptual design, produce construction documents, assist with permitting and bidding, and provide construction administration. Bids Submittal : Interested firms shall submit five (5) copies of their response to this RFQ as outlined in this document. All responses must be in an envelope and clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner: "statement of qualifications -kent memorial park redevelopment".
