Renovation of a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
he purpose of this procurement is to outsource to multiple vendors to conduct the following guidelines. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following: o Patch up to 18 square feet of damaged wood floor (Area 1 - 3' x 3' and Area 2 - 3' x 3') o Patch using matching floor system (25/32" x 2-1/5" 2nd and better grade maple. Double layer +/- subfloor panels w/resilient pads. 6ml poly vapor barrier.) o Sand entire floor using multiple grits of sandpaper. o Apply MFMA approved oil-based seal. Court markings: Paint 1 main basketball court, 1main volleyball court, 2 side basketball courts, 1 four square court, V border @ main basketball, basketball logos at free-throw lines, 18" "Georgian Hills" lettering at ends, Cougar head logos at ends (+/- 40" 4-color). Center logo (+/- 14', 2-color). o Apply MFMA approved oil-based finish. o Furnish new vent cover base along wall (up to 20 LF). All work shall be completed 15 to 21 days after bid is awarded. The vendor(s) will have access to the facility from 7:00AM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday as well as weekends.
