Site work for a water / sewer project in Andalusia, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project is generally described as follows: the replacement and rehabilitation of approximately 144,000 linear feet of gravity sewer line and the replacement and rehabilitation of the associated manholes, construction of approximately 2,900 LF new gravity sewer and 8 manholes, construction of approximately 6,500 LF of new 16" HPDE forcemain, and construction of a packaged fiberglass grinder station and associated 2" forcemain. The Owner requires the Project to be completed in 270 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than $50,000.00. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
