Portland Public Schools, School District No.1J, Multnomah County, Oregon seeks responses from qualified Bidders interested in submitting a Bid for Franklin HS Restroom Upgrades. All questions and contact with Portland Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as "District") regarding this ITB must be addressed in writing to the ITB Contact Kim Alandar. Deadline for questions or clarifications: 2/7/2020 Final addenda deadline: 2/12/2020 Bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the submitted Bid, which has been executed in favor of Portland Public Schools, School District No. 1J, Multnomah County, Oregon, 501 North Dixon Street, Portland, Oregon 97227, shall accompany each Bid exceeding $100,000 as per Section 00 21 13, 1.02, C. DEMOLITION 1. Remove all sinks and wall mounted hangers. 2. Dispose of off-site. 3. Remove and save the faucets for reuse on the new sinks. 4. Remove the in wall sink supports. 5. Open the wall as needed to allow the installation of new floor mount sink carriers. 6. Remove and save for reinstallation all appurtenances from wall to allow for the installation of new ceramic tile. 7. Remove and modify as needed the partition system INSTALLATION 1. Supply and install new wall sinks with carriers that meet PPS standards (Attachment F). 2. Install saved faucets. 3. Patch walls. 4. Install ceramic wall tile up to 6' on all walls in restroom. 5. Tile and grout is to match existing tile and grout in restrooms. 6. Reinstall all appurtenances that were removed. 7. Repaint the remaining exposed walls and ceiling. 8. Clean restrooms.
