At the time this contract is awarded, the Contractor shall possess a class A license, and any subcontractor shall be licensed for the classification of work to be performed. The Contractor shall also obtain a City of Carpinteria business license, provide the City of Carpinteria a completed IRS form W-9, and be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations.
