Project No AAA20-048-00 The Ranchettes 2 & 3 Central Drainage Project generally includes preparation of ROW, mill and overlay of existing pavement, addition of ribbon lay-down curbs, construction of storm infrastructure including area inlets, storm conduit, channel grading, riprap, and mitigation facility grading, miscellaneous related improvements and installation of fencing and a security gate. Most work occurs within existing neighborhoods. Extra consideration must be made for traffic control and residential access. Construction services for this project will be selected through competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Chapter 2269, of the Texas Government Code. The City will evaluate and rank the contractors based on the following selection criteria: 30% Contractor Relevant Experience and References, 60% Cost Proposal and 10% proposed schedule. The City shall select the contractor that offers the best value as determined by the selection criteria and ranking evaluation.
