The project will predesign, design, renovate, furnish and equip the north wing of the Miller Building at the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center (AMRTC) for residential treatment facilities for the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment (MHSATS) division. Project phases will include: • Phase 1: design and remodel the north wing of the Miller Building. • Phase 2: design and renovate the south wing of the Miller Building; and • Phase 3: design and renovate the administrative and recreational spaces (central corridor) of the Miller Building.
