Site work, remodeling and renovation of a medical facility in Anoka, Minnesota. Design plans call for the remodel of a 110-bed medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of September 25, 2023, per owner, they are still in the design phase and have not received funding for construction. The project will predesign, design, renovate, furnish and equip the north wing of the Miller Building at the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center (AMRTC) for residential treatment facilities for the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment (MHSATS) division. Project phases will include: • Phase 1: design and remodel the north wing of the Miller Building. • Phase 2: design and renovate the south wing of the Miller Building; and • Phase 3: design and renovate the administrative and recreational spaces (central corridor) of the Miller Building.
