Contractor Awarded Address: Rocklin, CA USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $5773600.00 The repair of this site will include construction of a newsetback levee approximately 2000 feet long. The newly constructed setback levee will tie-in to the existing levee on the northern and southern ends of the site. Per DFARS 236.204(i) the disclosure of the magnitude for this requirement is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The proposed contract action will be conducted using PSC Code Y1LC - Construction of Tunnels and Subsurface Structures and NAICS code 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. This proposed contract action will proceed as a total small business set-aside. This solicitation corresponds with sources Sought W9123820S0013 and Pre-solicitation Notice W9123820R0056. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 330 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed. Offers providing less than 90 calendar days for Government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected.
