Renovation of an educational facility in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project involves the installation of a new intercom system to replace the existing intercom system at Sandstone Elementary School. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract amount is required with submission of Bid. And 100% Performance and Payment Bonds are required from the Contractor prior to work commencing on site. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder pending board approval. The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities or reject any or all Bids. Attention to Bidders is particularly called to the requirement as to conditions of employment to be observed and Montana Prevailing Wage Rates are required under the Contract. This project requires the Contractor to comply with 1% Gross Receipts Tax per Montana Code Annotated.
