Riverfront Center Operable Wall Replacement. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Regents of the University of Michigan, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and Surety Company, in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum proposal amount, shall be submitted with each proposal. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance, labor and material bond, including both wages and fringe benefits for employees of subcontractors, and material payment bond in amounts each of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. WITHDRAWAL OF ANY PROPOSALS is prohibited for a period of sixty (60) days after the time set for opening of proposals. INSURANCE - The successful Bidder will be required to maintain Liability insurance, Contractor's Liability for bodily injury, sickness, disease and property damage and Fire and Extended insurance in accordance with the Articles 34, 35 and 36 of The University of Michigan Standard General Conditions.
