Development of a recreational area and construction of an outdoor pool with a service building. The scope of the project also includes landscaping work relating to removing of a tennis court and an existing playground. TIMELINE: Project design is progressing. The project is included in the owner's Five-year 2025-2029 capital expenditure program with completion in 2025/2026. Owner expects to issue a tender for the general contractor in late summer/fall 2025.
