The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie (the "Purchaser") is inviting tenders for contractors who will be responsible for the full scope of services required to construct Spears Park (Meadowood Street and Kerby Street, Fort Erie). Work will include, but not be limited to, grading and drainage, the installation of planting beds, paved surfaces, vegetation, site furniture and other park amenities, and the coordination of the installation of a playground and pavilion. restoration. Note that in accordance with the Town of Fort Erie's Safe Work Standard for Contractor Safety, bids will only be accepted from Contractors that have pre-qualified by the date and time that this tender was issued.
