Reference number : 1340064 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-02-10 Reserve : The public body does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received The City of Saint-Sauveur requests public bids for the 2019 road repair program in the non-urbanized sector targeting the Faisan, Geai-Bleu and Lac-des-Becs-Scies est roads. Bids must be submitted in two (2) copies, one (1) original and one (1) copy, as well as on a USB key and be accompanied by the following documents: - A tender guarantee equal to 10% of the amount of the tender valid for a period of 120 days; - A letter of intent from an insurance company providing security for the execution of the work as well as the payment of materials and labor. These guarantees must be equal to 50% each of the cost of the tender, valid for a period of 120 days. This contract is subject to ACCQO, AQNB and ALEC. The City of Saint-Sauveur does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, and without any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer (s).
