Moyer, Inc. with award amount $214,000.00, Pagoda Electrical with award amount $998,743.00 and Performance Construction Company with award amount $7,011,937.00** Contract No. 2021-01 - General/Process Mechanical Contract No. 2021-02 - HVAC/Plumbing Contract No. 2021-03 - Electrical/SCADA The Project includes the following Work: The Project consists of the construction of a new interceptor, headworks, pump station, force main, wastewater treatment plant, including demolition, excavation, concrete work, equipment installation, instrumentation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, SCADA and site restoration. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the Contractors on this project and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Each Bidder is required to meet the requirements of Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. Any and all steel products used or supplied in the performance of the contract, or any subcontracts, shall be from steel made in the United States. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/20/2022 4:00 PM Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to install and test fiber optic cables and appurtenances as included in the Specification and as shown on the drawings. The system includes, but is not limited to fiber optic cables, connectors, and related appurtenances, fiber optic patch panel enclosures, fiber patch panels, fiber jumper cables, fiber patch cables to Ethernet switch uplink ports. Four (3) Fiber Optic enclosures will be installed at the plant as indicated on the drawings. Each of these enclosures shall house a fiber patch panel cabinet for termination of the Plant SCADA System fiber cables provided under this section.
