Bituminous Resurfacing of Allegheny Valley Interchange Ramps at Milepost 47.73 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania This project provides for the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment and work necessary to perform the bituminous resurfacing of Allegheny Valley Interchange Ramps at MP 47.73. Also included is the construction of roadway drainage facilities, construction of guide rail, placement of erosion and sediment pollution controls, maintenance and protection of traffic during construction and pavement markings. Major work items include the following: 364 CY Excavation, Class 1 4,023 TON Asphalt Materials (Base, Binder & Wearing Courses) 55 TON Subbase No. 2A 142 SY Milling of Bituminous Pavement Surface, 2" Depth 12,171 SY Milling of Bituminous Pavement Surface, 4" Depth 2,049 SY Milling of Bituminous Pavement Surface to Concrete 281 LF Drainage Pipe, Various Types and Sizes 10 EACH Inlets, Various Types 6 EACH Inlet Top Units, Type M 4,749 LF Pavement Base Drain, Including Shoulder Restoration 1,073 SY Shoulder Backup 180 LF Rock Armor 824 CY Rock Armor, Modified 1,300 LF Guiderail, Various Types 170 LF Concrete Median Barrier, 34" Milepost 47.73 is located within the Allegheny Valley Interchange, Exit 48, in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. An electronic bid bond, from an approved vendor, with corporate surety, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security.
