Project Completion: Contractor shall have access to project site after receipt of the Notice to Proceed anticipated in March 2020. All work associated with this contract shall begin after May 10, 2020, and must be substantially completed by August 12, 2020. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor and equipment necessary to meet this schedule.
