Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in College Station, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of replacing three existing motor control centers at Wells 1, 2, and 3. The new MCCs will each have a 600 HP solid state reduced voltage starter, electrical switchgear, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Each MCC will require a new concrete pad, canopy, and conduit duct bank. Contractor is responsible for all programming of controllers. Questions and inquiries about this bid should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (Bidding System). The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is Thursday, December 7, 2023 @ 2:00 PM. CT. Bidders must submit with their Bids a Cashier's Check or a Certified Check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the maximum amount of Bid payable without recourse to the City of College Station, Texas Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids by reason of this request
