District Five Schools of Spartanburg County is seeking written quotes for HVAC Filters The attached list of filter sizes and quantities represents the Annual/Yearly filter requirements for the coming year in District Five Schools of Spartanburg County. Due to storage limitations, District Five Schools must purchase filters and accept inside delivery at the time of each Quarterly refresh. Quarterly orders may vary slightly. The District will contact the winning bidder prior to each quarterly order/delivery to specify exactly what is needed. The District reserves the right to award on a line-item basis, but prefers to award one contract based on total price. We request that your Written Quote reflect your price for the full year (all filters listed on the attachment), keeping in mind that the District will require Four Indoor Deliveries during the year, involving approximately 25% of the total. All filters should be HVAC pleated filters with a MERV rating of at least seven (7). Be certain that your Written Quote includes all applicable charges for shipping and inside delivery.
