Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of October 7, 2020, this project has not been awarded. A timeline for an announcement and construction have yet to be confirmed. The work to be completed under this contract includes improvements to an existing park property in Warminster Township. Proposed improvements include the construction of a natural grass baseball fields, splash pad, pavilion and playground area. Additional improvements include pedestrian trails and parking area improvements, fencing, signage and landscape. A nominal fee of 0.33% of the bid amount (minimum $100 and maximum $5,000) is assessed by PennBid only to bidders who are awarded contracts. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, including but not limited to being accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to Warminster Township. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a performance and payment bonds for 100% of the amount of the contract, and maintenance bond in such form as meets the approval of the Township of Warminster and having as security thereon such Surety company or companies as are approved by the Township of Warminster. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry for work valued at over Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). This project is subject to applicable requirements of the Township's Responsible Contractor Ordinance for work valued at over Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000). A Bid may be modified or withdrawn by an appropriate document duly executed in the manner that a Bid must be executed and delivered to the place where Bids are to be submitted prior to the date and time for the opening of Bids. Bids may be withdrawn within two (2) business days after the opening of Bids only by the withdrawing Bidder's strict compliance with 73 P.S. 1602 and any subsequent amendments. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids, or for such longer period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request of Owner. The Township of Warminster reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
