The project will include the following approximate quantities: 11,000 TON Bituminous Base, Binder & Wear Course Mixture 5,500 LF Bituminous Road Pavement Saw & Seal/Joint Adhesive 42,000 SY Full Depth Reclamation 6,600 SY Bituminous Pavement Milling 5,600 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 500 SY Commercial & Residential Concrete Driveway 500 SY Commercial & Residential Bituminous Driveway 5,100 SF Concrete Sidewalk 3,000 SY Turf Establishment 22,000 LF Pavement Striping (Epoxy Multi-Component) 100 LF Storm Sewer Pipe 4 EA Storm Sewer Structures 69 EA Furnish & Install/Adjust Storm Sewer Castings 43 EA Furnish & Install/Adjust Existing Sanitary Sewer Castings 2,400 LF Water Main Installation - DIP (Open Trench) & HDPE (Pipe Bursting). ll bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Maplewood, Minnesota, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, conditioned that if the bidder is the successful bidder, they will enter into a contract in accordance with said bid and will furnish such performance bonds as are specified. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least 90 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, without the consent of the owner. The City of Maplewood reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of Maplewood also reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities and deviations; however, any bid which contains a material variance from plans and specifications will be rejected.
