Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sun Valley, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**The project is already been awarded but the awarded amount is not yet determined.** The work consists of construction of approximately 2,200 linear feet of 10-foot wide asphalt pathway along Trail Creek Road. Construction of the pathway will include 400 linear feet of a gabion basket retaining wall system, relocation of the Sawtooth National Park entrance sign, surface grading, minor drainage improvements, and construction of a bike parking area at the end of the pathway. Mill and inlay of Dollar Road, Old Dollar Road and Saddle Road with milling of existing asphalt and pavement inlay (approximately 100,000 square yards). Mill and inlay of the existing attached pathway along Old Dollar with milling of existing asphalt and pavement inlay (approximately 9,000 square yards). Other improvements include full reconstruction of approximately 100 linear feet of Dollar Road, replacement of three-pole wooden fencing along Old Dollar (approximately 2,500 linear feet), reconstruction of concrete curbing, minor drainage improvements, adjustments to existing utility structures, and concrete collars for all utility structures to match final grades.
