Provide Annual Floor Refinishing Services, on an as needed basis; for Scattered Sites (single to four family buildings, (approximately 450 unit's total). Units are locate throughout the City of Milwaukee. The Managers Office is located at 5003 West Lisbon Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53210. This contract will be effective February 24, 2020 through February 23, 2021, with the option to extend for an additional four-one year terms upon mutual consent of both parties, in accordance with the following and Index to Technical Specifications and General Requirements (attached) The Contractor shall have in its employ a sufficient force of qualified and competent personnel to commence work on each dwelling unit within five days Picking up unit key(s) from the development office does not constitute commencement of work. The Contractor shall complete the work within seven working days. The housing manager may grant the Contractor up to an additional seventy-two (72) hours to complete the work. If work is not completed within seventy-two (72) hours (or within the additional time extension granted by the housing manager), liquidated damages in the amount of Seventy-Five and 00/100 Dollars ($75.00) may be assessed for each day of delay. When keys are not submitted with Completion Report to the development office, the Contractor may be assessed a key and lock charge fee of Twenty-Five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) per one-door unit and Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($50.00) per two-door unit.
