Renovation of a multi-residential development in Willimantic, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Willimantic Housing Authority, (WHA) is soliciting Request for Qualifications and Fee Proposals for Architectural and Engineering services for the redevelopment of Phase III of Nathan Hale Terrace consisting of up to 50 Units of houisng at Nathan Hale Terrace, located on WEst Avenue and Holbrook Avenue in Willimantic, Connecticut 06226. The development will most likely be funded through the State of CT, Department of Housing and the U.S. Dept. of HUD. Architectural firms who wish to be considered and have the experience and capacity to provide the required services shall obtain a copy of the RFQ submission instructions from Willimantic Housing Authority, 49 West Avenue, Willimantic, CT 06226 or khaddad@willimantichousingauthority.org. Owner reserves the right to accept any submittal or to reject any submittal and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the submittal.
