Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Louisville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The project will consist of providing upgrades to the intersection of Nickelplate St. and Main St. and will include pedestrian crosswalks with signals and push buttons, additional pedestrian connectivity, and traffic signal installation. In addition to the roadway improvements, all utilities in the project area will be replaced. The Work will be substantially completed within 150 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $500.00 per day. A bidder may not withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to City of Louisville in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Contractor is required to comply with Ohio Prevailing Wage, laws in the State of Ohio. The City of Louisville reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Engineer's estimate for cost of construction is: $1,603,016.05 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
