Renovation of a mixed-use development in Keswick, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and parking garage.
The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking submissions from qualified vendors (respondents) to repair the concrete floor (work) at the Keswick Fire Station 1-4 located at 165 The Queensway South, Keswick, Ontario L4P 3S9, Canada (site). The work shall include but not be limited to cutting, removing and replacing the old cracked concrete floor as suggested below. The approximate square footage is nine-hundred and sixty (960) square feet. The work will need to be completed in two (2) stages in order to permit the fire department staff to continue to use portions of the station while the work is being conducted. The completed work shall be sufficient to support multiple heavy fire trucks to be parked on the floors at the same time without causing a safety hazard or damage to the floor or equipment. The heaviest fire truck that will be parked on the repaired floor is 81,000 pounds and there will two (2) or more fire trucks parked in the station at any given time.
