The work in this contract is for the Jay Road and Treaschwig Road Lift Station Generator Replacements located at 5601 Treaschwig Road, Spring, Texas 7373 and 22227 Jay Drive, Spring, Texas 77373, respectively. This work is being done to replace water damaged electrical units and to mitigate future flood damage. In general, this work consists of: Removing, Replacing, and Raising the emergency generator at the Treaschwig Road Lift Station to 38-inches above the finished floor elevation. Removing and Replacing the Intake Louver's and Exhaust Ducting at the Treaschwig Road Lift Station. Remove, Replace, and Raise the Automatic Transfer Switch at the Treaschwig Road Lift Station to 38-inches above the finished floor elevation. Raising both the existing inside and outside electrical units and panels at the Treaschwig Road Lift Station to 38-inches above the finished floor elevation. Remove and Replace the exterior electrical connection rack at the Treaschwig Road Lift Station. Remove and replace all interior and exterior lighting fixtures at the Treaschwig Road Lift Station with LED Light Fixtures. Removing, Replacing, and Raising the emergency generator at the Jay Road Lift Station to match the height of existing electrical service platform height. Removing emergency generator fuel tanks at both Jay Road and Treaschwig Road Lift Stations. Installing Natural Gas line and meter from gas company line to Jay Road and Treaschwig Road emergency generators. awarded to C.F. McDonald Electric, Inc. for $460,869.00.
