The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, Furnishing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, services and constructing large diameter yard pipping as shown in the plans including, but not limited to; site preparation, road work, fittings, valves, concrete structures, sluice gates and steel grates, utility relocations, fill existing box conduits with flowable fill, restore area disturbed and all appurtenant work, completed, tested, and ready for operation, all in conformance with these contract documents. Install chlorine solution spray system to Battery #3 clarifiers effluent troughs. Demolish Chlorine Flash Mix Chamber once the structure has been completely by-passed. Demolish existing piping, existing Hydrasieve screen, and any other demolition items shown in the Construction Drawings. A certified check, cashiers check, bank officers check or bid bond for FIVE percent 5% of the bid amount, made payable to the City of Fort Lauderdale, shall accompany each offer. The Work shall be Substantially Completed within 240 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in the Notice to Proceed. The Work shall be finally completed on the Final Completion Date and ready for final payment in accordance with this Agreement within 260 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in the Notice to Proceed.
