Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boonton Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of April 17, 2020 the project was awarded to Midwest Construction Inc. amount of $679,105.10. The start and completion date was not determined yet. The project consists primarily of the widening of sections of Greenbank Road, milling and resurfacing. The project will also include the removal and installation of guide rail, installation of drainage structures, drainage piping and construction of a modular block wall. Quantities will be provided prior to the start of construction. Major estimated quantities are as follows - Hot Mix Asphalt Milling, Variable Depth 13,700 S.Y. HMA 12.5M64 Surface Course, 2' Thick 1,850 Tons HMA 19M64 Base Course, 5' Thick 220 Tons Beam Guide Rial 1030 L.F. Tangent Guide Rial Terminals 10 Units Modular Block Wall 830 S.F. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00, must be deposited by the bidder together with a Certificate of Surety evidencing that he can obtain the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract. In lieu of a Certificate of Surety, the bidder shall submit, at the bid opening, a certified check or cashier's check in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. Bidders are required to comply with requirements. Prevailing Wage Act All Bidders and their Subcontractors must comply with the requirements of the New Jersey Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. The Township of Parsippany Troy Hills reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder as required by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.
