Site work for a civil project in Franklin, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contract 1: Abandon existing water supply well and install new water service from municipality and abandon existing holding tank and install gravity sanitary sewer system. Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools and other services necessary for abandoning the existing water supply well and associated equipment, installing new water service from municipality, abandoning existing holding tank and installing gravity sanitary sewer system and restoration of construction disturbed property as specified. Project Completion/ Work of the project shall be Substantial Completion 120 Calendar Days after receipt of notice to proceed. Project Completion/ Work of the project shall be Substantial Completion 120 Calendar Days after receipt of notice to proceed. The Target Enterprise participation goal for Contract 1 is 25%. To be considered for this project, you must submit Subcontractor/Sub-consultant/Supplier Information with your Bid/Proposal listing all subcontractors as well as signed Commitment to Contract with TBE (TBE-14) forms
