Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Georgetown, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the Port Tank Rehabilitation Project. The work consists of full sandblasting and recoating of the 500,000-gallon water tank (Port Tank) and miscellaneous steelwork This project consists of the rehabilitation of an existing 500,000-gallon elevated water storage tank. The rehabilitation will include a full interior/exterior blast to remove the existing coating, recoating the interior and exterior of the tank, and several other minor rehabilitation items.
