The Project consists of: Contract No. 1 General Construction Includes all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to furnish and install all of the site work and structure associated with the new Highway Garage. Includes but is not limited to subgrade preparation, excavation and backfilling, oil water separation tankage, septic tanks, leach- field, concrete footings, frost walls and slabs, pre-engineered metal building structure, framing, siding, roofing insulation linter panels, flashing, trim, gutters, windows, overhead doors with operators, and entry doors. Interior partition framing, joists, sheeting, gypsum board, doors, windows, frames, hardware, trim, wall finishing and painting. Truck wash system, including all above and below grad piping Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
