This is a perpetuation mill and overlay treatment of the entire stretch of roadway will address the aging pavement and extend the life of the road. The 1st mile of WIS 67, w. of CTH S to Gray Log Rd, requires milling 2 and paving 4 of hot mix asphalt to address extensive deterioration of the pavement; the remaining 4 miles will be mill at 2 and paved with 2.5. Curb and Gutter will not be replaced. The Project has been completed through 30% with a signed environmental document. Address deteriorating pavement along a rural 5.27 mile stretch of WIS 67 from the west of the junction of CTH S to Ruedebusch Ave. on the south limits of the City of Mayville in Dodg e County. The roadway is showing signs of deterioration including transverse and longitudinal cracking and loss of the surface layer as asphalt. The consultant selected would complete the project from post 30% through final PS&E. . Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Advertised Fixed Fee % 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
