This is a perpetuation bridge rehabilitation project consisting of 0.349 rural miles on STH 16 between CTH BB and CTH T from Columbus to Watertown in Dodg e County. CMSTPP RR Bridge ID B-14-066 will need a concrete overlay of the bridge deck, repair parapets, concrete surface repair at abutments, paint girders. The concrete deck has numerous signs of deterioration including spalls, delamination, and rust staining. Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution.
