Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Terrebonne, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Revitalization of the Maison Lacasse. The scope of the project includes alterations to install offices, a conference room, upgrades to washrooms, a kitchenette and a photocopying room, repairs to the ventilation and heating systems. The project also includes landscaping work. TIMELINE: Working drawings are almost complete. Project was put indefinetely on hod pending funding and is not included in the City current 2024-2026 capital expenditure program. If the project proceeds to a tendering stage, it will be covered in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
