NYC Health + Hospitals Office of Facility Development is seeking an appropriately qualified construction management firm to provide comprehensive construction management services at Woodhull Hospital on a project designed to enable the construction of Outposted Therapeutic Housing Units to improve access to care for patients Correctional Health Services whose clinical conditions require access to specialty and subspecialty care. Construction is scheduled to begin on or before March 16, 2022 and be complete on or before December 21, 2022. The program budget is $31,000,000.
