Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work under this Project consists of converting Edwin Drive from a one-way operational road into a two-way operation from Hillcrest Parkway to Edinburgh Lane. The project will also include pavement markings, traffic signal modifications, and reconstructing the Route 168 Bypass southbound entrance ramp to accommodate the new two-way traffic operations. New curb and gutter, barriers, a retaining wall, and drainage improvements along the corridor will be included.
