The basic scope entails but is not limited to the following: Repair restrooms, remediate lead, and asbestos, remove and replace fire suppression/fire alarm system, remove and replace drop ceiling, replace lighting, and remove and replace HVAC ducting system for Building 2670. The estimated magnitude of construction is $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. A complete design (drawings and specifications) are included. This project may be delayed, revised or canceled at any time during the solicitation, negotiation and/or final award process. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
