The estimated magnitude of construction is $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. A complete design (drawings and specifications) are included. This project may be delayed, revised or canceled at any time during the solicitation, negotiation and/or final award process. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. O mechanical system (including outdoor chiller) and
Related controls
O plumbing system
O fire protection (fire sprinkler and fire alarm)
O transformer and electrical system
O communication and low voltage
O interior walls, ceiling and finishes
O site signage and interior signage
O roof repair (including mitigation of roof leakage)
Improvements will include (but not limited to) the following:
O new roof access ladder
O fall protection anchors
O lightning protection
Hazardous material (asbestos and lead) are known to be
