A California State Contractor's License B - General Building Contractor and C39 - Roofing Contractor is required of the prime bidder. Bidders must possess the proper license at the time of Contract award. In compliance with Senate Bill 854 and the California Labor Code, all Bidders shall include with their Bid proof of registration from the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) that includes the contractor's Legal Name, Registration Number, License Type/Number, Registration Date and Expiration Date, for every contractor and subcontractor, regardless of tier.
