Bidder Shall Furnish a Bid Guaranty, in the Form Prescribed in Sections 153.54, 153.57, and 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the Form of Either: (1) a Bond for the Full Amount of the Bid in the Form of the Bid and Performance/payment Bond Included in the Contract Documents in Specification Section 00410; or (2) a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Or Irrevocable Letter of Credit in a Form Satisfactory to the Owner in an Amount Equal to 10% of the Bid Bid Amount Shall Be the Total of All Sums Bid, Including All Add Alternates, but Excluding All Deduct Alternates. Note: Aia Bid Bond Forms Are Not Acceptable. The Successful Bidder, who, as a Bid Guaranty, submits a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the Bid, shall furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in the form of the Performance/Payment Bond included in Specification Section 00512 in the Contract Documents in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum.
