Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Stephenville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
As of 5/27/2020 project was not yet been awarded. Estimated date for award will be on June 2, 2020. The Contractor shall identify his bid on the outside of the envelope by writing the name of his company or corporation and the name of the project and RFP #3034. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check upon a national or state bank in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the City of Stephenville, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute Performance Bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. The Project consists of upgrading and reworking the building's existing electrical systems and gas systems to bring them into compliance with the City's current building code.
