The Town of Poughkeepsie (herein after referred to as the "Town"), is soliciting proposal from qualified professional engineering firms for engineering services to include conducting an engineering study for the construction of a new shared water storage tank that would serve the needs of residents and businesses in each of the following participating communities, the Towns of Poughkeepsie and Pleasant Valley and the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (DCWWA), for its Central Dutchess Water Transmission Line and Dutchess County Airport Water Line service area, including the Hudson Valley Regional Airport in the Town of Wappinger, collectively, the Participants. A Steering Committee has been stablished that includes staff members from the Towns ofPoughkeepsie and Pleasant Valley and the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (DCWWA).
