The Work of this contract shall include, but is not limited to, demolition, upgrades to existing local mechanical systems, new exhaust equipment, new interior finishes, signage, etc. All work shall be in accordance with construction drawings and specifications. Contractor must be able to secure a performance bond for the full amount of their bid and should be prepared to anticipate a value in the range of $120K for this project. Work on this Contract shall start no later than ten (10) calendar days after the contract approval date of both Parties. All work associated with this contract must be Substantially Complete (Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy) by August 14th, 2020. All work associated with this contract must be Fully Complete no later than December 31st, 2020. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No, Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 21.28%, Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 8.72%,Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%.
