Site work for a water / sewer project in Rochester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All bid questions must be submitted in writing (email preferred) to the Purchasing Agent. Bidders are to monitor for addendums and postings of all bid questions and answers. All bid proposals must be made on the bid proposal forms supplied, and the bid proposal forms must be fully completed when submitted. This specification is intended to provide construction expectations regarding the installation of the kayak launch. The proposed project will install a seasonal floating, handicap-accessible canoe and kayak launch with dock. The dock is to be held in place by 2.5" galvanized steel poles with augers on the bottom that go through pipe brackets. These will be mounted about two feet into the ground on the shore. The dock is to be removable so it can be taken out of the water in the autumn and returned to the water in the spring and is to be constructed so that users with limited mobility can access the water.
