Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kewaskum, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 1,200 LF Sanitary Sewer Mains and Laterals, 4-Inch to 8-Inch PVC 1,300 LF Sanitary Sewer Lateral Pipe Burst 850 LF Water Mains, 8-Inch PVC 250 LF Water Service Pipes, 2-Inch PVC 400 LF Water Service Pipes, 1-Inch Copper 1,400 LF Storm Sewer Main, 12-Inch to 24-Inch RCP 1,700 LF Storm Sewer Lateral Drains and Laterals, 4-Inch to 6-Inch PVC 3,000 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter, 30-Inch 3,200 SF Concrete Sidewalk, Carriage Walk, and Curb Ramps, 4-Inch 1,800 SF Concrete Sidewalk and Driveways, 6-Inch 2,500 TN Aggregate Base Dense, 1-1/4-Inch 1,200 TN Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement 2,500 SY Landscape Restoration The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required for installation of underground utilities placement of concrete sidewalk, driveway, and curb and gutter; evaluation of the subbase material, removal and replacement of undesirable material; placement of aggregate base course; placement of hot mix asphalt pavement restoration of all disturbed areas; as indicated in the Project Plans and Contract Documents, complete, ready for use and acceptable to the Village of Kewaskum.
