The Kootenay East Youth Soccer Association new multi-use sports facility with consideration to space and facility requirements for the following: Arena ice sheet(s) and ice sheet sizes; Indoor field(s); Indoor flexible gymnasium space; Indoor track; Fitness space; Gymnastics space; Aquatic space; Childcare space; Meeting rooms, Community School/childcare rooms; Office space; Party room(s); Adventure Park; Other space such as Ktunaxa Museum space, retail space, restaurants etc. The proposed Multi-Use Sports Complex and Community Centre is to be constructed within the Aq'am Community. TIMELINE: A Request for Proposals is underway for Prime Consultant Services for the completion of a feasibility study, is completed. Project may be updated when it has been approved to bid for construction. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
